I’ve always been inspired by the energy of the sea. Beautiful, strong, calm, powerful - she has a lot in common with the women I know and love.

I feel so fortunate to be able to bring some of that calming energy to my clients, through treatments using some of the sea’s gifts - like the beautiful seaweed infused in the products I use.

My journey in wellness began with my training under the wonderful Anne Weeks, and continued across countries, spanning decades of experience, and countless absolutely gorgeous clients.

I started Carraigínin with one thing in mind - to help you to feel your best again, whatever stage of life you find yourself in. You deserve to glow.

Bringing you a sense of relaxation in your busy day, as well as the glowing confidence you deserve, is my truest passion. And where better to do that than in your own home?
